WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders ship from our Los Angeles studio within 2-4 business days. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within two days of placing an order, please contact support@sutherlandavenue.com for an update. Our processing times do not include the package’s time in transit. Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. UPS Ground usually arrives in 1 - 5 business days but they are currently experiencing delivery delays beyond Sutherland Avenue’s control. Thank you for your patience.
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS IN THE CANDLES?
Sutherland Avenue candles are made with a natural coconut oil wax blend that offers excellent scent throw and a creamy visual finish. All fragrances are made with blends of high-end luxury oils which are phthalate-free and paraben-free. We use cotton and paper braided wicks which are excellent for dispeling scent and made from renewable resources.

We are hard at work developing our wholesale program and are thrilled at the prospect of being available in your favorite home and gifting boutiques. If you would like to be notified of when our program launches, please send us a note using our contact form and we will add you to our list.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to offer returns on orders unless an item was received damaged (with photo) or an order was fulfilled incorrectly. We do our best to carefully inspect every order before it is shipped, please contact support@sutherlandavenue.com with any issues so we can make it right.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT NOW?
Though we take care to package your order for safe transit, we understand breakage and denting does occur. Please contact us directly at support@sutherlandavenue.com with photos showing the damage so we can resolve your issue and make it right.
